1 As one of the six venues of the Obalne galerije - Coastal Galleries, the Meduza Gallery in Koper offers a vivid exhibition programme in parallel to its retail activity. It focuses on contemporary Slovenian artworks in different mediums (paintings, drawings, graphics, sculptures, artist books) as well as contemporary Slovenian design.

The Meduza Gallery cooperates with foreign and regional institutions like Università Popolare di Trieste, the PUF festival, P.A.R.A.S.I.T.E. Institute. Internationally, it focuses on the region (Friuli-Julian March and Veneto in Italy), Austria, and Croatia, especially with the concluded So Fresh video art competition for emerging artists.
